Very good breakfast. They told us it was open until 10 but because my husband went earlier to get coffee they marked us as having eaten and closed earlier. 9:30. They were kind enough to pen it back up for us to est

Very helpful staff.
Very helpful staff. Helped get tickets and transport to local event on New Year’s eve. Left a filthy car 4x4 parked in front of hotel and left the next morning with a freshly washed one .

Location, location, location.
Location, location, location. I love the east side of the city, so this hotel is right in the middle.
This is an old building. Nonetheless, is well preserved.

Great service and restaurant on-site is top notch!
I liked how attentive the staff was and how promptly they responded to my requests. I also liked that the grounds are not too large so it's quick to get about places i.e. the breakfast dining room was a short walk from all the rooms. Breakfast was good. I'd say there was enough selection for everyone. Rooms were big and beds super comfy.
I didn't like how noisy the hotel got a few of nights of my stay because there was a big group that arrived for some sort of conference and I'm not sure they were asked to respect the fact that there are other guests in the hotel. Normally this would not bother me but I was there for business and had to get good rest so it was annoying that these people were screaming in the lobby and slamming their suite doors well into midnight on at least two different occasions/nights
